Saturday is a virtual tour of Bordeaux starting with a formal seated tasting of more than twenty 2007 Bordeaux where Chateau owners and directors bring their wines to life.
The adventure continues with exciting seminars, food prepared by some of the nation's top chefs and wine from the world's best vineyards, as well as live and silent auctions, where guests may bid on exclusive travel opportunities, dining experiences and rare and exceptional wines.

Formal Tasting of 2007 Bordeaux
4:00 – 6:30 p.m.
A formal seated tasting of over twenty 2007 classed growth Bordeaux with Chateau owners and directors on hand to discuss their wines.
2010 Heart's Delight Seminars
4:30- 5:15 p.m. and 5:30– 6:15 p.m.
Two 45 minute interactive sessions.
6:30 – 11:00 p.m.
Silent auction reception with Celebrity Chef Stations, Wine Stations and 200 lot silent auction. Followed by a live auction of rare wines, culinary experiences, exciting trips and more!

Join celebrity chefs and top sponsors for the 2010 Chefs After Party.
